You can pay for purchases using a major credit card, including Visa, MasterCard and Pay Pal. We also accept Gift Cards that have been issued in Australia.

Yes we will charge GST (Goods & Services Tax) on all online orders.

What are your shipping costs?

We offer a variety of shipping options available at checkout. Please see our Website Terms & Conditions for more information. Postage is FREE for all orders $50 and over within Australia*. If your order is under $50, we charge a flat rate of $10 within Australia. Postage to all other countries will be shown when you check out.

Can I ship to multiple addresses?

We are unable to ship to multiple shipping addresses per order. If you’d like to ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each unique address.

What is your return policy?

We want all our customers to be happy and satisfied when shopping with us online.

If for any reason you are not happy with your order please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy in our Website Terms & Conditions and notify us within 12 days of purchase to arrange its return. It should be unopened and with original packaging intact.

Can I return items purchased during an Online Clearance?

No ‘change of mind’ returns allowed on sale items. For more information on sale product returns please contact our Customer Service team via email.

What if an item is faulty or damaged in transit?

A.

If on the rare occasion a product is faulty or damaged please email us on info@allegrarhodes.com.au and we will arrange a prompt replacement of the product for you.

I am having some issues on the site, what advice can you give me to successfully place my order?

Please contact us and we will be happy to talk through the order over the phone and identify how to overcome any issues you may be experiencing.

How will you confirm my order?

When your order is received, we’ll send you an email confirming your order. If for any reason you have not received this email, please check your spam and / or junk mail folders.

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

A.

You can also check your order status and postal reference number here. An email will also be sent to you when your order has been shipped which will have the date and reference number for your package.

I forgot to add Promo Code!!

A.

Unfortunately we cannot apply discount codes after orders have been placed and processed. But if you have forgotten to apply a code, please e-mail us so we can supply you with a new discount code which will be valid for 3 months to use on your next order.

Can I have my order Express Posted?

A.

Yes, we also offer an Express Post option at our check-out at an additional charge, which includes Saturday delivery to Sydney and next business day to other states. Please note that selecting this Express Post option does not guarantee next day delivery. While we will send it using the Australia Post Express service, sometimes Australia Post can still take up to 3 days. We cannot refund the postage cost to you if Australia Post do not deliver the next day. We will of course refund you the additional cost for Express Post if for any reason you pay for this service and the package is sent standard.
Packages to WA that are particularly heavy – over 2kg – will incur an additional charge for Express Shipping.

We do NOT test on animals or endorse such practices.

Will my email be shared with Third Party?

Allegra Rhodes will never share your email or any other information with third party, we only use your email for order confirmation, customer service issues or to provide your tracking code.
